INSURANCE CUSTOMERS

We are preferred providers for the insurance carriers listed below:

Massage: Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, Cigna. We can accept most other insurances as an out-of-network provider as long as your plan covers out-of-network providers.

Tim Knight LAc., CN (Nutrition): Regence, Premera, Lifewise

Tim Knight LAc., CN (Acupuncture): Regence, Aetna, Premera, Cigna, Lifewise, Uniform

If booking online, please select “Insurance Client” as the appointment type and leave your medical ID number and Group number, and Date of Birth in the notes section. We will verify your insurance and call you if we need more information.

Prescriptions from your primary care doctor, chiropractor or physical therapist are required for ALL MASSAGE insurance claims. Prescriptions should include a diagnosis with corresponding codes, duration and frequency of treatments.

For your first visit we will need:

• Your health insurance card to verify eligibility

• A referral or prescription including a diagnosis with corresponding codes, duration and frequency of treatments, and start and end date

Rhea Healing Essentials will verify insurance coverage and bill insurance providers.  Clients are responsible for knowing and understanding their own policies and insurance coverage.  Any costs not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the client. 

Copays and any co-insurance payments will be collected at the time of service. Please note, not all insurance plans cover the services we provide. Please call the number on the back of your card for questions on your policy regarding coverage.
