For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for completing necessary paperwork. If you are a massage or Reiki client you may print out and complete the New Client intake forms online to expedite the process. Please bring these completed forms to your first massage session. There will be a pre- and a post-assessment with each session that will take approximately 5 minutes each and should not affect the treatment times.

ATTENTION NEW INSURANCE CLIENTS: We are NOT accepting new insurance customers at this time. If you would like to use your insurance, we will be happy to provide you with a Super-bill, which you can turn in to your insurance provider to get reimbursed.  The cash rate will be due at time of service.  Please note, all insurance plans are different, so we highly recommend you check with your insurance provider about coverage and reimbursement prior to service. 

New Auto Accident Personal Injury Protection (PIP) are still accepted. 

Cancellation and Late Appointments Policy

Out of respect for our practitioners’ time and preparedness we reserve the right to charge 40% of your missed appointment if cancelled less than 24-hours in advance. A missed appointment could also have been a potential appointment for someone who may be in need of the service.  

Please call Rhea Healing Essentials at (206) 805-0226 if you think you are going to be late for an appointment. We will allow a five-minute grace period before the time of your session is affected.

Privacy Policy

Rhea Healing Essentials is the sole owner of the information collected on this site, by email, or by telephone. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via e-mail or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
